How it Works

During a phone call or live chat, an agent can initiate a GoInstant session and invite the customer into the co-browse experience.

Alternatively, with minimal integration into your website, you can supply customers with the option to initiate the co-browse session directly. Customers request help through your site, which in turn alerts an agent. This workflow is shown below in more detail.
